You can customize your Portal to match your brand by setting accent colors, uploading your logo, and configuring an OG image. These settings apply across your public portal, including the docs, changelog, roadmap, widget, and login screens.
Your workspace logo is the primary logo displayed across all public-facing pages — the portal header, docs, changelog, roadmap, widget, and login screens.
To upload or change your logo:
Go to Settings → General.
Upload an image in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format (max 5 MB).
Once uploaded, the logo appears everywhere your portal is visible to customers.
If you want a different logo specifically in the portal header, you can override the workspace logo:
Go to Settings → Portal.
Enable the Portal Logo Link toggle.
Provide an external URL pointing to the image you want to use.
When enabled, this image replaces the workspace logo in the portal header only. All other pages (widget, login screens, etc.) continue to show the workspace logo.
You can set two accent colors — one for light mode and one for dark mode. Choose whether to enable both modes or just one.
When you enable both light and dark mode, visitors see a theme toggle in the portal sidebar and can switch between modes.
When you enable only one mode (light or dark), the portal is locked to that mode. The theme toggle is hidden and visitors cannot override your choice.
The logo in your portal header acts as a navigation link. You can customize where it points to by setting a Logo URL in your portal settings. Use this to link back to your own website or any page you choose.
If no custom logo URL is set, the logo automatically links to the first enabled section of your portal in this order:
Roadmap (/roadmap)
Docs (/docs)
Changelog (/changelog)
Requests (/requests)
This means the logo will always point somewhere useful, even if you only use some portal features.
You can upload a custom image to use as your Portal's Open Graph (OG) image, which appears when your Portal is shared on social media.
