Productlane offers three plans: Starter, Pro,, and Scale. Each is comes with a free 7-day trial. See full pricing and features here: productlane.com/pricing
Early-stage company? You may qualify for a deep discount on the Scale plan through the Startup program, including 6 full seats and unlimited free viewer seats.
The Starter plan is perfect for teams that want to collect and organize customer feedback without setting up a complex support stack. It includes a public roadmap, changelog, and feedback hub, so customers can easily share input and follow what's coming next. You can also use the feedback widget to collect ideas directly in your product, and add email signatures to your outgoing messages. Starter is ideal for early-stage SaaS teams who want to stay close to their users and build in the open.
The Pro plan is built for teams that want to centralize support and feedback in one place. In addition to everything in Starter, it includes in-app support, email inbox, Slack Connect, Macros (pre-written responses to reply faster), and AI Changelog generation so you can respond to customers faster without switching tools. Pro gives growing teams more control and visibility over their feedback loops, making it easy to prioritize what matters most and ship with clarity. Pro workspaces can also configure the Support Portal settings, ready to turn on once you upgrade to Scale.
The Scale plan is designed for larger or fast-growing companies that need premium B2B support experiences. It includes everything in Pro plus custom domains, white-labeling, SSO (JWT), AI Copilot, and advanced integrations like HubSpot and Zapier. AI Copilot is an in-thread assistant that researches and drafts replies, grounded in your help center and past threads. Scale also unlocks publishing the support portal, giving customers and internal teams a fully branded place to view and manage conversations. It's the best choice if you want a powerful, polished support setup that grows with your company.
Early-stage companies can get the Scale plan at a steep discount through the Startup program.
All three plans support multiple team members. Productlane bills per seat, not per plan, so a Starter or Pro workspace can add as many Admins and Members as you need. Each Admin or Member seat counts toward your billed seat count; Viewer seats are free. See Roles & Permissions for how roles and seats work, and Billing and invoices for how seat pricing shows up on your invoice.
The one login-related feature reserved for Scale is SSO (JWT), which lets you authenticate portal users with your own identity system. If your team just needs several people working in the inbox together, Starter or Pro cover that already. If you specifically need JWT-based single sign-on for your portal, that requires Scale.
Every plan includes the Blocklist, which stops unwanted senders from reaching your workspace. You can block a specific email address or an entire domain, and blocking applies across both inbound email and widget feedback. See the Blocklist article for setup steps and details on how blocked messages are handled.
