You can use Zapier to connect to a multitude of apps, including this one. Zapier provides an out-of-the-box solution for automation. It’s easy to implement and does not require technical knowledge. Create a Zapier account and then go use the Zapier integration to build workflows.
Create new API key
Create a new API key in the Productlane settings.
Add API key in Zapier
Go to Zapier and use that API key to authenticate Zapier with Productlane in your Zapier account.
Add customer channels
Create workflows with Zapier to send customer questions and requests to Productlane from all channels
