GitHub integration

Link a GitHub repository and the Productlane Agent and AI drafts can read your pull requests and source code for context. Answers and drafts then reflect what you actually shipped.

Where to find it

Settings > Integrations > GitHub.

Set it up

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > GitHub.
2. Click Install GitHub App and complete the installation on your GitHub organization. If your org requires admin approval, the request goes to an admin and the page connects on its own once approved.
3. Pick a repository under Linked repository. When the install granted access to a single repository, it is linked for you.

The linked repository saves as soon as you pick it.

What it reads

Pull requests and source code from the linked repository become context for the Productlane Agent and AI drafts. The integration reads from GitHub and does not write back to your repository.

Good to know

• One repository at a time.
• Uninstalling revokes the App's access to every repository, not only the linked one. To come back, install the App again.
