For email, you can get additional reminders to clear your inbox, publish new projects on your roadmap or get a daily summary of new upvotes.
If customers request or upvote a feature on your feedback portal, they won't get any automated notification as soon as it's in progress or completed. But their feedback will move to a "Close loop" status in Productlane, so you can let every customer know personally if something gets fixed and they won't get spammed. We track on our portal to automate this more, so please leave an upvote here if this would save you a lot of time.
