Productlane can automatically start your email replies in "Reply all" mode, so everyone who was already on the thread stays in Cc. This is a personal preference, so each teammate can choose the reply behavior that works best for them.
When "Reply All by default" is turned on:
Opening a reply on an email thread that has other recipients automatically switches into reply-all mode.
The other recipients from the original email are added to Cc (and Bcc, where applicable) automatically.
The Cc/Bcc fields stay collapsed by default, the recipients are still included when you send, and the header shows the Cc/Bcc count.
You can still switch back to a plain reply (contact only) at any time before sending, which clears the Cc/Bcc recipients.
When the setting is off (the default), replies start as a plain reply to the contact only. You can still choose "Reply all" manually from the reply options whenever you want to include everyone from the original email.
This only affects email threads. It has no effect on live chat, Slack, or other channels.
Go to your Productlane settings.
Under Your Account, open Inbox.
Turn on Reply All by default.
The setting is per user, so turning it on only changes reply behavior for your own account.
